Wall Township

Freedom Village at Wall Township

Presently under construction, this sixty-six-unit apartment community features modern, accessible, and energy-efficient buildings designed to meet contemporary standards. The complex will be adjacent to Horizon at Wall by K. Hovanian. The buildings will include two four-story structures and one three-story building, each with private entrances, barrier-free, and wheelchair-accessible features, demonstrating a commitment to inclusivity.  Equipped with elevators, central heating, and air conditioning with Energy Star design features and Zero Energy Ready Home compliance, the community reflects quality and sustainability. Ample off-street parking adjacent to each building provides convenient access, supporting a seamless living experience for future residents. Some parking spaces will have EV charging stations.

NJ Transit provides fixed-route bus transportation and AccessLink services in Monmouth County. The closest bus stop is less than a mile away at the intersection of Wyckoff Road and New Jersey State Route 33.  Monmouth County Division of Transportation provides a variety of demand-responsive transportation services, including the Shared Ride, medical, dialysis, and veterans.  The programs are described individually here.

Our complex is also located six miles from Bradley Beach Station, which is served by NJ Transit’s North Jersey Coast Line.  The nearest hospital is Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) Jersey Shore University Medical Center, five miles away in Neptune.

These apartments are located in a mixed-use neighborhood in northern Wall Township. All shopping, services, and recreational amenities are located within a relatively short distance. Highway access and public transportation are also located within reasonable distances, providing tenants with transportation options.
